France A Big Step Towards Healthy Fashion

France is in the process of legalizing a bill that will punish anyone in the advertising, fashion or other related industries that promotes extreme thinness. Bravo France!!! Hopefully, this action taken by France will prompt other countries to take a look at this unhealthy and too often deadly side of the fashion industry.

Big K is Rising

Kmart is a great place to shop especially for Martha Stewart’s line of barware and food storage. The company is planning a large coordinated push into junior and woman’s apparel. They are off to a hip start with a new slogan “Smart style, revealed. New for spring” and with the help of a new power team that includes former Tommy Hilfiger, Forth & Towne and Gap executives. With all the speculative talk about a possible recession; it is nice to have options and low prices.
