I do not remember when I became aware of my body shape or size. My mother never spoke about her weight although exercised when she could. I do remember looking through the pages of Vogue longingly and thinking how can I look like Cindy? Take Denise Richards an actress, celebrity, swimsuit model and single mother. Recently interviewed in Shape Magazine, Richards makes it a point not to complain about her weight in front of her daughters. Although, we may all think she has one of the best "bods" out there, the point is we should all celebrate our bodies in every shape and size for us and also be examples for our children.
